Breath and Mantra Workshop
In-Studio Event
“Our spirit must be nourished and paid attention to; otherwise, it withers, and we lose perspective on what is the reality of life. So, I want to share a simple way for everyone, no matter their station or position in life, religion, or philosophical belief, to rise above any obstacle in life and be victorious; to water and take care of their spirit. It is not a secret; it is for all. Every spiritual culture and tradition in the world have used sound, music, and sacred language to relate to the inner and outer spirit. So, I recommend learning a mantra from any tradition and discover how to vibrate it with the breath, in your center core. Listen one-pointedly to the mantra’s most subtle frequency. Do this and your life will change from the inside out. It is guaranteed because the universe is sound.” Mata Mandir Singh, Naad Yoga: The Yoga of SoundIn order to have this sound of Mantra, it is necessary to have the use of the breath of life, your breath. In this next Breathwork workshop, I will share with you a few breath techniques that work with mantras so you can experience the divine within you. Through breathing and chanting. I invite you to this opportunity to open yourself to this experience of self-healing, self-discovery, and self-upliftment. You are divine. I encourage you to learn and experience these meditations, so you can have tools within your reach to always connect with that divinity.
“Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts. Whenever your mind becomes scattered, use your breath as the means to take hold of your mind again.” – Thich Nhat Hanh, Buddhist monk, meditation teacher, & author
