DEEPENING AND EXPANDING INTO GRATITUDE

Many of us find life to be so full that we cannot fit in all the things we want to do during a day. We spend so much of our lives doing, that sometimes we neglect the being part of ourselves. In this interactive exploration into gratitude, we will use yoga and meditation and breathing to open ourselves to be receptive to understanding what gratitude means for each of us in this moment. Each week, we will experience group practice, discussion, peer to peer connection, and review tools to use during the week between classes – exploring gratitude with more awareness on a daily basis.

Baldev Singh Khalsa has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for over 45 years and is a certified Kundalini Level 1 Teacher. During the past 6 years he has participated in over 10 Level 1 KY Teacher Training programs as an assistant and a trainer. Currently he is an associate trainer through the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI). and has over 500 hours of training. He brings his big heart and compassionate strength to each class.
