Starting February 26, 2022, Lead Trainers Harbhajan Kaur, Deva Kaur, and Nirvair Singh welcome you to join us for our first Level Two Teacher Training Course of 2022! This upcoming training will focus on ‘Vitality & Stress’, one of five level two modules, and will meet on Zoom over the course of three weekend dates: March 12-13, March 26-27 and April 23-24.

About Level Two Trainings
In KRI’s 200-hr Level One Teacher Training, you learn the basics. You learn the fundamentals about Kundalini Yoga, and hopefully develop lifelong, positive habits of personal practice.
In the five-50 hour Level Two Trainings, you acknowledge on a heart level that you are ready to benefit from integrating these teachings and practices more fully into your life. Reaching this next level involves assessing where you are in your commitment to becoming your most authentic, fearless and radiant self – offering yourself up to transformation, and sharing your discoveries with others who are on the same journey.
We are pleased to offer “Vitality & Stress”, a 50-hour course, cultivating core skills for this coming age. This module supports our ability to recognize stress in ourselves and others in order to transform our relationship to our stressors and counter-balance them with conscious relaxation. Kundalini Yoga and meditations prepare each of us to act with undaunted spirit, exalted caliber and character, and the vitality to cross every crisis – and teach others to do the same.
This course is a chance to look closely at how we react to and cope with our personal stresses and master our vitality.
Key Topics
- Explore Your Vitality and Recognize Consciousness as the Core of Vitality
- Identify Your Stress and Current Coping Mechanisms; Envision Potential Future Resilience
- Heal Cold Depression and Emotional Fatigue
- Relieve, Relax, Recharge
- Realize Your Victory as a Spiritual Warrior
Exploring the nature of our stress identities – both as individuals and cross-culturally – we will use kriyas, meditations, and other personal and group processes to identify our stressors and the tools needed to balance and uplift ourselves and others.

Prerequisites of the Course
This KRI approved, Level Two program has been designed for KRI Level One graduates. Throughout your Level Two Journey, you will have an opportunity to explore five interconnected theme-based modules. These modules can be taken in any order and as individual courses. Some participants may take individual modules based on their personal interest and growth without the intention to complete all five. Letters of Completion are given to each person who completes the course requirements.
Others may desire to complete all five modules (over a minimum of 2 years), which – in conjunction with a Level One KRI Certification – fulfills the Yoga Alliance 500-hour requirement for overall Level 2 Certification. No matter where you are in this journey, we welcome you exactly where you are – which is always right on time!
Note: At the Lead Trainer’s discretion, it is possible for someone who has not yet received their KRI Level One Certificate to participate in one of the Level Two Trainings, and even to receive a Letter of Completion for the module taken. However, in order to receive an accredited Level Two Certificate, one must be a certified Level One graduate.
