Technology is changing faster than we’ve ever experienced, and it’s become super important to keep browsers, hard drives and mobile phone apps up to date since all sites, including our website and Wellness Living apps, revise programming and software everyday!
If our devices are not up to date, we may have performance problems, or worse, might be unable to access platforms we need to use to stay connected.
What Can We Do?
It’s easy!
Start by…REFRESHING YOUR BROWSER PAGE on your laptop.
…and if you’re still unable to access a page or system, you can…CLEAR YOUR CACHE
On a mobile phone, you can…RESET THE APP
Why Refresh My Browser?
A hard refresh clears your browser cache for a specific page, which forces it to load the most recent version of that page.
This could include new software, scripts, styles or features.
Why Clear My Cache?
If you clear your browser’s cache, cookies and temporary internet files regularly, this helps your computer or device run optimally—and doing so can help fix certain problems, like a website loading slowly, or formatting issues on a web page. Again, this insure you’ll be working with the most recent version of that page.
How To Refresh a Browser Page – OR – Clear A Browser Cache & Cookes
1.Find the Reload Button near the web address on your browser page and click to refresh the page. The Reload Button is a semicircle with an arrow. It can be found on the right of the web address in Safari and the the left of the web address bar in Chrome.
2.If you’re still unable to proceed, clear your cache and cookies* by finding the Clear History option in the drop down menu under Safari (On Chrome the choice will be Clear Browsing Data)
3.Tip: Refresh your browser several times a day and Clear your Cache at least once a week for optimal performance.
*Please note: Some settings on sites get deleted when you clear cache and cookies. For example, if you were signed in, you’ll need to sign in again.

How to Reset the Yoga at the Ashram Mobile App
1.Open the app on your phone.
2.Touch your finger to the bottom of the screen and lift the app to the middle of the page and release.
3.If you see a minimized app in the middle of the page, swipe up with your finger until the app disappears off the screen.
4.The app is refreshed and you can reopen the app.
5.Tip: Refresh your app every time you use it to reflect any recent programming or software changes.
