Jot Gian Kaur
Jot Gian Kaur is the director of Yoga at the Ashram and is devoted to uplifting the community through sharing her beautiful spirit and the tools of kundalini yoga and gong.
Sat Kartar Kaur
Sat Kartar Kaur Khalsa has studied Kundalini Yoga since 1973. She is the Founder of “Kundalini Yoga for Youth,” working predominantly with youth facing the challenges of poverty, hunger, gangs, drugs, and abuse in environments too often chaotic and violent. Sat Kartar Kaur also taught in Brown University’s athletic department for 11 years. She teaches ongoing drop-in classes in Providence and leads Meditation Workshops and Healing Circles in the New England area. Sat Kartar Kaur has been honored by the Providence Housing Authority for her “devoted service to youth.” She is IKYTA certified and is the recipient of a “2012 IKYTA Teacher Recognition Award.”
Baldev Singh Khalsa
Baldev Singh Khalsa has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for over 45 years and is a certified Kundalini Level 1 Teacher. Currently he is an associate trainer with Dr. Haridass Kaur for a KY Level 1 Teacher Training program. He has been the lead assistant for the Teacher Training programs at Yoga at the Ashram in Millis with Hari Kaur for the past 5 years. He is an associate trainer in the KRI Academy training program. and has over 500 hours of training. He brings his big heart and compassionate strength to each class. As one colleague describes him, “He holds a loving space and is a safe teacher who exemplifies divine masculinity.”He also is a life coach helping folks unpack their lives.
Harsangat Kaur
HarSangat Kaur is a longtime ashram member and kundalini yoga teacher. Many students know her for her deep knowledge, powerful essence and commitment to service. She strives to give her students the opportunity to experience the many facets of Kundalini Yoga especially, breath, postures and meditation. In addition, HarSangat is a certified QiGong instructor in Soaring Crane and Turtle Longevity forms.
Gian Joti Kaur
Gian Joti is a gentle, heart-centered teacher who brings her love of the healing benefits of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to her classes. She welcomes beginners as well as longtime practitioners, who are seeking a stress-reducing, relaxing, and restorative experience. The healing power of Naad, the sound current, is offered through the chanting of sacred mantra. In live classes, Gian Joti invites you to experience the vibration of the gong, crystal singing bowls and chimes. Gian Joti has a deep interest in Ayurveda, and is also a Reiki practitioner.
Sangat Dhyan Kaur
Sangat Dhyan Kaur is a musician, and former Ashram resident, who has been living in Amritsar, India for the last 2.5 years. During her time at the Ashram, she fell in love with the devotional kirtan from the Sikh tradition, and decided to move her entire life to India to study this music, full time. Since she has been in India, she has spent her days deeply immersed in self-guided meditation, and learning Raag and Gurbani Kirtan with various teachers.
Living directly next to Harimander Sahib, The Golden Temple, has been a powerfully, transformative experience. She has spent countless hours in meditation, and has felt her whole being come to life, sitting within the space of Harimander Sahib, and being in the profound, devotional love of the Divine. It is her hope to be able to share this beautiful energy with all of you, through her music and her connection with Harimander Sahib, The Golden Temple.
Sangat Dhyan Kaur is also a KRI Level 1 certified Kundalini Yoga teacher.
Priti Vedya Kaur
Priti Vedya (Helen McGrath) teaches people to be their own teachers by guiding students to cultivate a gentle and deeply present relationship with energy flow and blocks with radical acceptance, curiosity and affection. She celebrates, with reverence, the journey towards the divine union of each unique personality with the creative wisdom of their higher self. Priti Vedya worked in an academic Immunololgy lab for 20 years. She attended the Natural Health Consultants Institute in Montreal between 2000-2007 and has trained in many modalities including study of the Shadow, Breathwork, Shamanic Healing and Vibrational and Energy Healing. She is a certified Energy Practitioner, Ananda Marga Tantric Yoga Instructor and a level one IKYTA Kundalini Yoga Instructor, currently continuing her training in the level two KY Teacher Training.
Simran Randeep Singh
Simran Randeep is a KRI certified Level-1 Kundalini Yoga instructor whose passion is to gently guide his students that the answers to self-care and healing are found within themselves. Today, we live in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world. Realizing self-worth and cultivating resilience & grit is essential to successfully navigate the storm. Through Kundalini Yoga, compassion, self-awareness, humor and cultivating a neutral mind; Simran educates self-care techniques to support students to overcome anxiety, shyness and depression to realize their life’s true potential. Simran is a Professor of Business Mgt at Harvard and Northeastern Universities, IT Project Management consultant & a retired US Air Force Officer. Simran’s focus is to reach & teach divine souls, of all ages, suffering from ‘burnout’, trauma, military-related PTSD and addictions. Tara Igoe
Tara Igoe (pron. I-go) has a passion for life, learning, nature, animals, health, personal development, spirituality, fitness, good cooking and so much more. She seeks out the best tools and teachers to help make positive change happen fast and brings those learnings into her work as a yoga teacher, communications executive, intuitive coach, speaker, and comedic performer. She also has a great sense of humor so get ready to laugh and enjoy! In addition to her yoga teaching certification, Tara is a communications expert and business executive, a certified coach trained by personal development icon, Tony Robbins, a professional speaker and comedic performer/writer. Hari Dass
Hari Dass (Biliana Angelova) is a therapist and yoga teacher. She takes yoga and meditation practice out of their mystery and grounds them into a stress-relief formula for the everyday. She is experienced in mindfulness research and has contributed to the work of the Benson-Henry Mind Body Institute at Massachusetts General Hospital and at the Center for Anxiety Studies at Boston University. Currently, she teaches individual and community Kundalini yoga classes in Cambridge and at Yoga at the Ashram. She also doodles, dances and loves to serve the creative in herself and everyone else.

Jai Seva Kaur
Jai Seva Kaur is a Level 1 (200-hr) KRI-certified instructor of Kundalini yoga who teaches in metro Boston. She has practiced Hatha and Kundalini yoga for many years and loves sharing these powerful, uplifting traditions with other yogis. In her classes, Jai Seva creates a relaxing environment where students can have a deep experience of self and renewal. She gives students tools for connecting to body, mind and soul, reducing stress, and increasing vitality to experience greater ease and joy in life…
Jo Ann Laliberte
Jo Ann Laliberte teaches from the heart and enjoys sharing the calming and healing effects of yoga with students of all levels. She holds space for students to be curious about their practice, to explore being present and mindful and to understand that yoga goes beyond the physical. It helps to heal, balance and grow our lives in every moment.
Jo Ann delights in sharing her passion for yoga and feels that when practiced from the heart – yoga is as simple as “breathe…smile…feel the joy”. When not on her mat, Jo Ann enjoys walks in nature with her pup Belle, gardening, kayaking, pickleball and cooking!
Gurudittta Kaur
Guruditta Kaur…In 1990 I took a meditation class at Newton Wellesley Hospital and through this class I learned about Kundalini Yoga. My health and well-being are tied into my yoga practice, as well as finding happiness and hope.
I have a background in Fine Arts and currently enjoy creating mandalas.
I am studying Celestial Communication with Adarsh Kaur and look forward to incorporating Celestial Communication in my classes. I find freedom and joy in moving meditation to mantra.
I love walking, cross-country skiing and tennis. I also love to write original stories and poems.

Dharam Singh brings a unique and earthy perspective to the Kundalini Yoga community that is inspired by broad exposure to Native American Shamanism, Tibetan Buddhism and Reichian Body-centered Therapy. His pssion for the transformative power of sound and music has found a place in the use of the Gong as a tool for deep healing. Dharam is a long time student of Yogi Bhajan and a resident of Guru Ram Das Ashram.

Harbhajan Kaur Khalsa
Harbhajan Kaur Khalsa is a Mentoring Lead Trainer for Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Levels 1 and 2 – as well as a Level 3 Lead Trainer for 21 Stages of Meditation. She has a KRI-acknowledged specialty in Mantra and Naad Yoga, and has continued to learn, perform, and teach Gurbani kirtan for over 4 decades. Harbhajan Kaur enjoys sharing the priceless art and science of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation in all levels of Teacher Training; Gurbani Kirtan and “Finding Your Voice” – Voice Culture; as well as most topics involving the power and potential creativity of the word.
Dr. Sham-Rang Singh Khalsa
Dr. Sham-Rang Singh Khalsa is a physician who has also practiced Kundalini yoga and meditation for over 40 years. Dr. ShamRang merges Ayurveda (traditional Indian yogic healing), yoga and western medicine, utilizing meditation with a strong focus on helping people open to their own self-healing. Dr. ShamRang is available for private consultations, workshops and speaking engagements. His delightful wife, Arjan, a gifted intuitive and meditation teacher, often joins him as a guest teacher.
Siri Sevak Kaur Khalsa
Siri Sevak Kaur Khalsa is a compassionate and gifted teacher of Kundalini Yoga. She has an intuitive eye for helping students with posture and breath. Her own immersion in mantra, music and Sikh Dharma bring additional joy and beauty into the yoga classroom. She enjoys playing live music in yoga classes and is known for playing classical Indian instruments during meditations. Siri Sevak has spent her whole adult life studying with Yogi Bhajan, living in 3HO ashram communities and teaching Kundalini Yoga. Much of this was in Brooklyn, New York, where she was Director of Kundalini Yoga in Park Slope. She now is teacher and teacher trainer at Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center in Millis, Massachusetts.
