Dr. Sham-Rang Singh Khalsa
Dr. Sham-Rang Singh Khalsa is a physician who has also practiced Kundalini yoga and meditation as a student of Yogi Bhajan for over 35 years. Dr. ShamRang merges Ayurveda (traditional Indian yogic healing), yoga and western medicine, utilizing meditation with a strong focus on helping people open to their own self-healing. Dr. ShamRang is now available for private consultations, workshops and speaking engagements. His delightful wife, Arjan, a gifted intuitive and meditation teacher, often joins him as a guest teacher.
Jo Ann Lalibert
Jo Ann is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and received her 200-hour teacher certification through the Breathe Joy Yoga Studio and 500-hour certification at the Millis Yoga Studio. She currently teaches mixed level classes at local studios, YMCAs and the beach in the summertime. Her teaching style draws from studies with local and national teachers in a variety of yoga disciplines including Hatha,Yin, Meridian, Iyengar and Vinyasa. She began practicing yoga as a way to enhance mind/body balance while training for athletic events. It didn’t take long to appreciate what a complete practice yoga was; the perfect combination of the physical, mental and spiritual. She delights in sharing this appreciation of the many benefits of a yoga practice and strives to teach classes that are accessible to all students – when practiced from the heart – yoga is as simple as “breathe…smile…feel the joy.”
Sat Kartar Kaur Khalsa
Sat Kartar Kaur Khalsa has studied Kundalini Yoga with Yogi Bhajan since 1973. She has focused her teaching of Kundalini Yoga in many areas of social concern including the inner city neighborhoods of Boston and Providence. Founder of “Kundalini Yoga for Youth,” she works predominantly with youth facing the challenges of gangs, drugs, sexual, physical and verbal abuse in environments of chaos and violence. Sat Kartar Kaur taught in Brown University’s athletic department for 11 years. She teaches ongoing drop-in classes at St. Martin’s Church in Providence and leads Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Workshops as well as Healing Circles in the New England area. Sat Kartar Kaur has been honored by the Providence Housing Authority for her “devoted service to youth.” She is IKYTA certified and is the recipient of a “2012 IKYTA Teacher Recognition Award.”
Sat Siri Kaur
Sat Siri Kaur is an KRI/IKYTA-certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor and a Level III Sat Nam Rasayan®Candidate, Teacher, and Practitioner who learned Sat Nam Rasayan® healing directly from Guru Dev Singh Khalsa, the Living Master of Sat Nam Rasayan®. Sat Siri is also certified as a Facilitator for the Amrit Method® of Yoga Nidra, and is a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage. She is a beekeeper and lives in Providence, RI. She maintains a private client practice in Sat Nam Rasayan® and Kundalini Yoga serving individuals, families, and groups throughout the United States.
Siri Sevak Kaur Khalsa
Siri Sevak Kaur Khalsa is a compassionate and gifted teacher of Kundalini Yoga. She has an intuitive eye for helping students with posture and breath. Her own immersion in mantra, music and Sikh Dharma bring additional joy and beauty into the yoga classroom. She enjoys playing live music in yoga classes and is known for playing classical Indian instruments during meditations. Siri Sevak has spent her whole adult life studying with Yogi Bhajan, living in 3HO ashram communities and teaching Kundalini Yoga. Much of this was in Brooklyn, New York, where she was Director of Kundalini Yoga in Park Slope. She now is teacher and teacher trainer at Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center in Millis, Massachusetts.
Guru Jiwan Singh
Guru Jiwan Singh began his teacher training directly with Yogi Bhajan in the mid-1970s. For over 35 years, he has been a devoted student and teacher of Kundalini yoga and meditation. He is a founding member of Guru Ram Das Ashram in Millis, where he and his wife, Gunbhushan Kaur, have raised two children. In his classes, Guru Jiwan strives to share the experience of the love, compassion and commitment to the teachings fostered in him by the master.
HarSangat Kaur is a certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher who appreciates challenging yoga sets. She strives to give her students the opportunity to experience the many facets of Kundalini Yoga especially, breath, postures and meditation. In addition, HarSangat is a certified QiGong instructor in Soaring Crane and Turtle Longevity forms.
Sat Nam Kaur Khalsa
Sat Nam Kaur has served as an educator for over 25 years, from pre-school to college. She is a Kundalini yoga teacher and teaches Emei Qigong. She is a volunteer corporator for the YMCA, and is currently the director of Learning from the Heart, which is offered at various locations, including the YMCA, Think Tank and the Ashram. Incorporating yoga, qigong, reflex integration, and other healing therapies, she facilitates a safe and loving way for children to find their strength within, to heal themselves, and to learn how to read and write with ease. Sat Nam Kaur is the author of Reading from the Heart, and has received a citation from the city of Fall River, MA for her work with children and families.
Damon Blank/Sahib Jeet
Damon Blank is a licensed marriage and family therapist in private practice for over 30 years. Since his exposure to and certification as Kundalini instructor, he endeavors to integrate these two perspectives to promote awareness, growth, and healing.
Jai Seva Kaur
Jai Seva Kauris a Level 1 (200-hr) KRI-certified instructor of Kundalini yoga who teaches in metro Boston. She has practiced Hatha and Kundalini yoga for many years and loves sharing these powerful, uplifting traditions with other yogis. In her classes, Jai Seva creates a relaxing environment where students can have a deep experience of self and renewal. She gives students tools for connecting to body, mind and soul, reducing stress, and increasing vitality to experience greater ease and joy in life..
Gian Joti Kaur
Gian Joti Kaur is a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. She has a lifetime of experience working with children and families. Her kindness, patience, and comfortable neutrality create the conditions for a cozy, feel-good, transformative class. She loves sharing the deep relaxation that the gong brings.
Priti Vedya Kaur
Maninder is a level 1 certified Kundalini yoga instructor who also has an additional 200 hour certification in Hatha yoga. Although he loves to teach challenging Kundalini kriyas Maninder uses his Hatha background to help ensure the safety of all students while practicing. Challenging students in a safe and caring environment has always been important to Maninder.
Although Maninder has only been teaching for 7 years he brings a strong set of teaching skills. Over the course of many years Maninder has coached basketball, taught snowboarding and trained new instructors. Before coming to the world of teaching Maninder was an IT support professional where he was focused on making his clients feel like they were getting help from a friend. He is continuing on his journey on becoming a level 2 certified kundalini yoga teacher.
Full Moon Gong
Dharam Singh brings a unique and earthy perspective to the Kundalini Yoga community that is inspired by broad exposure to Native American Shamanism, Tibetan Buddhism and Reichian Body-centered Therapy. His pssion for the transformative power of sound and music has found a place in the use of the Gong as a tool for deep healing. Dharam is a long time student of Yogi Bhajan and a resident of Guru Ram Das Ashram.

Guruatma Kaur Khalsa, has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 1979 and is certified by IKYTA. She is lovingly dedicated to encouraging each student to release and relax into the True Self. Guruatma teaches throughout the Metro west area and brings great joy, energy and inspiration to her classes.

Harbhajan Kaur Khalsa
Harbhajan Kaur Khalsa is a KRI-certified Lead Trainer for Kundalini Yoga with an acknowledged specialty in Mantra and Naad Yoga. Harbhajan Kaur teaches Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Teacher Training, Women’s Courses and Kirtan/Voice. She brings extensive training and experience in both Eastern and Western styles of music and notation – with a background as a professional singer/ musician and teacher of English literature and creative writing. One of the elders gifted from a treasure trove of knowledge and experience Yogi Bhajan shared with his students, Harbhajan Kaur seeks to “give forward” the benefits of his extensive and priceless teachings.
Hari Kirin Kaur
Hari Kirin Khalsa, MD, C-IAYT, started in health care as a nurse’s aide in 1976, becoming a registered nurse in 1982 and a physician in 1993. She found kundalini yoga in 2003, for her own stress reduction as a busy obstetrician/gynecologist. From there she became a kundalini yoga teacher, going on to study yoga therapy while also coming on board as faculty with the Guru Ram Das Center for Medicine & Humanology. She serves as volunteer faculty for the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Her mission is to champion people into their unique inner strength, via awareness and lifestyle change.
