As I prepare to teach the Aquarian Teacher KRI Level Two Teacher Training Program: “Vitality & Stress” in April, I’ve declared a “Stress-Free Zone” in my home. This is the title of one of the Yogi Bhajan videos in the training, which I am enjoying watching.
I’ve adopted a new habit: When I feel stressed, I’ve required myself to stop what I’m doing – and do one of the meditations in the KRI Vitality & Stress manual.
It has been very effective, and I know it’s good for my health.
For a sneak preview to the Vitality & Stress Level 2 course come to my 6 pm Thursday Kundalini Yoga class at the Ashram. I’m teaching kriyas and meditations from the V & S material. This class is a “Stress-Free Zone.”
