Alaine
Amaral (Spiritual Name: Rai
Kaur) is a certified

a yoga teacher and
therapist, she works with
her clients in both private
and group therapeutic
settings, helping them to

may include traditional or
modified asana (yogic
postures), kriya, targeted
stretching or strengthening,

Angela Cote Klain lives in Eastern Massachusetts with her amazing husband Stu. She is grateful for this life path and wishes to share loving kindness with those she encounters. Betsy is a yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance, having completed her yoga teacher training in the disciplines of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Teaching and practicing yoga has opened her path onto a road of wellness and healing through a deeper understanding of the energetic body. Christine has been practicing yoga since 1998. Her study of hatha yoga, pranayama, and yoga philosophy led her to become a Certified Yoga Teacher along with Radiant Child certification. She currently enjoys teaching people of all ages, but specializes in children's classes for kids 4 to 14 as well as pre-natal yoga. Her exhuberant spirit and sparkling personality make her uniquely qualified to guide children and adults to their playful side while improving their strength, flexibility, and focus. |

Dharam Singh brings a unique and earthy perspective to the Kundalini Yoga community that is inspried by broad exposure to Native American Shamanism, Tibetan Buddhism and Reichian Body-centered Therapy. EkOngKar
Singh Khalsa has taught and
practiced Kundalini Yoga for
the past thirty-five years
and has been teaching in
Harvard Square and in the
New England region since
1988. Beginning in 1973,
EkOngKar Singh was blessed
with the privilege to study
directly with Yogi Bhajan
(who began teaching
Kundalini Yoga in the west
in 1969) and spent nearly
twelve years under his
guidance at Guru Ram Ashram
in Anchorage, Alaska.
From 1996 until 2007,
EkOngKar Singh served as
Director of Guru Ram Das
Ashram in Millis
Massachusetts, a successful,
intentional spiritual
community founded in 1981,
and as President of Sikh
Dharma of Massachusetts, a
position he continues to
hold. He is a kind and
compassionate teacher and
brings great humor to his
classes and to his approach
to practice. Dedicated to
the art and science of Naad
Yoga and to the Shabd Guru,
EkOngKar Singh incorporates
the rich tradition of
chanting, kirtan and sound
current in all his classes
and workshops. He does his

Hari Dass was born in Sofia, Bulgaria and spent her early childhood in Thailand where her family was influenced by Buddhist culture. She was introduced to Kundalini Yoga in 2004 and completed the Yoga Alliance certified teacher training for Kundalini Yoga in 2007 as the Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center in Millis, Massachusetts. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Education from Sofia University in Bulgaria and a Master of Arts degree in Psychotherapy from Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. |

Jai Kaur has been practicing Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan for almost twenty years. She is a certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher who likes to lead challenging yoga sets. Jansev Singh (Kevin Fortier) is a full-time college student studying psychology and the biological sciences, as well as a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Jeanne holds a masters degree in Counseling Psychology, is a licensed mental health counselor, personal trainer, and 4th degree black belt, with Reiki Master certification. Jeanne has been teaching various forms of exercise for over 30 years, and has trained with many instructors. She currently teaches Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga, and Tai Kwon Do. Jeanne began training in Tai Chi and Qigong in 1997. She has trained in and teaches Liangong Shibafa, Therapeutic 20, Eight Brocade, Meridian Qi Gong, Simplified 24 Taiji, 108 Long Yang Form, and 32 sword form. All of her classes focus on gentle movements, breath, and mind focus to gain maximum energy flow. |

Jo Ann is a Registered Teacher with Yoga Alliance and received teacher certification through the Breathe Joy Yoga Studio. She currently teaches mixed level classes at local studios, YMCAs and the beach. Her teaching style draws from studies with local and national teachers in a variety of yoga disciplines including Yin, Meridian and Vinyasa. She began practicing yoga as a way to enhance mind/body balance while training for athletic events. It didn’t take her long to appreciate what a complete practice yoga is; the perfect combination of the physical, mental and spiritual and how it added balance to her other activities. Pamela McIntyre is the creator of Divine Moves, a joyful movement form merging creativity and spirituality. She has training in the Nia Technique. Journey Dance, Kundalini Yoga, Reiki, Acting and Voice. As a former Professor of Theater at Wheaton College. Pamela trained actors, directed productions, advised students and served as Chair for many years. She has acted in many theatre productions and films and recorded a music CD. Amanbir Kaur (Rachel Chase) is a visionary artist, dancer, and yogi. Her devotional life started through the art of dance, as it served to be her communion with the Divine from a very young age. Gratefully, this led her on the path to yoga and meditation. She is also an artist in multi-media, working with paint, ink, video, sound, and written word. Roz has over 25 years of teaching experience. She has taught locally in the Metro-West area and on Cape Cod. Roz studied with the Iyengar family in Pune India and she recently attended the Yoga Convention on Therapeutics taught by Geeta Iyengar. Roz's principle teacher is Patricia Walden who she assists in Cambridge in Patricia's aspiring teachers class, and various workshops. Roz's insightful teaching draws on her years of practice, her study of the Yoga Sutras and her love of the outdoors. |
