Victoria Haffer, Director


Victoria Haffer holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology with over 25 years of experience in the Wellness industry. As an International Wellness Presenter, she has certified many Fitness Professionals and Yoga Teachers. She is also a Reiki Master, Holistic Nutritionist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Pilates Instructor through Physical Mind Institute and Certified Yoga Teacher, ERYT 500 hours. Victoria has trained with many great Yoga teachers such as Gurmuch, Shiva Rea, Paul Grilley, Gary Kraftsow, Eric Shiffman and many more. Victoria currently focuses her energy as the Director of Yoga at the Ashram in Millis, Ma where she combines her many skills to facilitate healing and empowerment with clients and students. She is also available for workshops, consulting and private sessions.

 

Alaine Amaral (Rai Kaur)


Alaine Amaral (Spiritual Name: Rai Kaur) is a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor (200 hour), Radiant Child Instructor, certified Integrative Yoga Therapist (500 hour), artist, wife, and mother of 2 children. As a yoga teacher and therapist, she works with her clients in both private and group therapeutic settings, helping them to move toward wellness at all levels: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Specific tools are chosen according to each client or groupís needs, and may include traditional or modified asana (yogic postures), kriya, targeted stretching or strengthening, energy work, meditation, and stress relief techniques. Alaine particularly enjoys working with people coping with the challenges of chronic pain. She has lived with Fibromyalgia since 1998. Alaine also worked as a school-age childcare provider and supervisor for many years, and is the director & creator of Whole Kids Camp, a summer program offering yoga, creative movement, art and nature activities for kids ages 6-12. She teaches yoga classes for preschoolers, toddlers, and school-age children throughout the MetroWest area

 

Anand Kaur


Anand Kaur is certified in Kundalini Yoga & Hatha yoga through Sewall House and a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. She has specialty training in Healing Touch. She has trained with international Yoga Teachers Gurmukh and Amrita. One of her favorite Yogi Bhajan quotes is: "Keep up and you will be kept up." -- Yogi Bhajan

 

 

Angela Cote


Angela Cote Klain lives in Eastern Massachusetts with her amazing husband Stu. She is grateful for this life path and wishes to share loving kindness with those she encounters. She is a Reiki Master in the Usui System of Natural Healing and 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certified. She is inspired to share love, light, and healing through actions, energy, and words.

 

Betsy Barry


Betsy is a yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance, having completed her yoga teacher training in the disciplines of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Teaching and practicing yoga has opened her path onto a road of wellness and healing through a deeper understanding of the energetic body. She has studied the esoteric principles of yoga, as well as Thai Yoga Bodywork and Reiki. She continues to study and explore, finding endless inspiration in the richness of yoga tradition and the ongoing experience of life.

 

Christine Carey


Christine has been practicing yoga since 1998. Her study of hatha yoga, pranayama, and yoga philosophy led her to become a Certified Yoga Teacher along with Radiant Child certification. She currently enjoys teaching people of all ages, but specializes in children's classes for kids 4 to 14 as well as pre-natal yoga. Her exhuberant spirit and sparkling personality make her uniquely qualified to guide children and adults to their playful side while improving their strength, flexibility, and focus.

 

Dharam Singh


Dharam Singh brings a unique and earthy perspective to the Kundalini Yoga community that is inspried by broad exposure to Native American Shamanism, Tibetan Buddhism and Reichian Body-centered Therapy. His pssion for the transformative power of sound and music has found a place in the use of the Gong as a tool for deep healing. Dharam is a long time student of Yogi Bhajan and a resident of Guru Ram Das Ashram.

 

Dharma Kaur Khalsa


Dharma Kaur Khalsa brings her artistic background and her eye for detail to every Kundalini Yoga Class. Combining great creativity, sensitivity, and imagination, she'll have you practicing with heartfelt joy and good humor. Dharma Kaur is a student of Guru Dev Singh Khalsa, Master of Sat Nam Rasayan Healing®. She teaches and practices Sat Nam Rasayan® in classroom and private settings.

 

Ed Williamson


Ed Williamson learned Tai-Chi and Pushing Hands from Master Richard Kim of the Zen Bei Butoku-Kai and from other top students of Master Kim, including Sensei Dennis Mann, Sensei Brian Ricci and Sensei Louis Jemison. EkOngKar Singh Khalsa


EkOngKar Singh Khalsa has taught and practiced Kundalini Yoga for the past thirty-five years and has been teaching in Harvard Square and in the New England region since 1988. Beginning in 1973, EkOngKar Singh was blessed with the privilege to study directly with Yogi Bhajan (who began teaching Kundalini Yoga in the west in 1969) and spent nearly twelve years under his guidance at Guru Ram Ashram in Anchorage, Alaska.

From 1996 until 2007, EkOngKar Singh served as Director of Guru Ram Das Ashram in Millis Massachusetts, a successful, intentional spiritual community founded in 1981, and as President of Sikh Dharma of Massachusetts, a position he continues to hold. He is a kind and compassionate teacher and brings great humor to his classes and to his approach to practice. Dedicated to the art and science of Naad Yoga and to the Shabd Guru, EkOngKar Singh incorporates the rich tradition of chanting, kirtan and sound current in all his classes and workshops. He does his best to daily remember his teacherís words: ìGod respects us when we work but loves us when we singî. His professional life includes nearly twenty five years experience in real estate development and environmental affairs and he presently serves full time as Executive Director of the Mystic River Watershed Association.

 

Guruatma Kaur Khalsa


Guruatma Kaur Khalsa, has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 1979 and is certified by IKYTA. She is lovingly dedicated to encouraging each student to release and relax into the True Self. Guruatma teaches throughout the Metro west area and brings great joy, energy and inspiration to her classes.

 

Guru Jiwan Singh


 

Guru Jiwan Singh is a Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. He has trained directly with Yogi Bhajan and has been a devoted student of Yogi Bhajan's Teachings for over 35 years. He is a long time member of the Guru Ram Das Ashram Community. He teaches with kindness, compassion and a true love of Yogi Bhajan's Teachings.

 

Harbhajan Kaur Khalsa


Harbhajan Kaur Khalsa is a professional KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Trainer with a KRI-acknowledged speciality in Sound, Mantra and Naad. Harbhajan Kaur teaches Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes, workshops, and Teacher Training. With extensive training and experience in both Eastern and Western styles of music and notation - and background as a professional singer, musician and teacher of English literature and creative writing - she offers classes in singing and kirtan, including classical kirtan in raag; and mantras, shabds, and/or English chants that can be accompanied with keyborad or guitar.

 

Hari Dass Kaur (Billiana Angelova)


Hari Dass was born in Sofia, Bulgaria and spent her early childhood in Thailand where her family was influenced by Buddhist culture. She was introduced to Kundalini Yoga in 2004 and completed the Yoga Alliance certified teacher training for Kundalini Yoga in 2007 as the Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center in Millis, Massachusetts. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Education from Sofia University in Bulgaria and a Master of Arts degree in Psychotherapy from Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis.

 

Jai Kaur


Jai Kaur has been practicing Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan for almost twenty years. She is a certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher who likes to lead challenging yoga sets. As she says, "The greater the challenge, the greater the benefit to body, mind and soul." She also encourages her students to begin a daily yoga and meditation practice because speaking from her own experience. "The dicipline of a daily spiritual practice brings health, humility and wisdom."

Jansev Singh


Jansev Singh (Kevin Fortier) is a full-time college student studying psychology and the biological sciences, as well as a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. His devotion to his practice has made him a true conduit of the Kundalini teachings and the Aquarian energy. He brings a wealth of knowledge from western science in combination with the science of Kundalini yoga. Jansev is not afraid to challenge his students, and brings youthfulness to the Kundalini Yoga tradition."

Janet Matthies


Janet is CPR Certified and is an insured fitness instructor, specializing and Nationally Certified in the West Coast Pilates Method and Resistance Flexibility and Strength training. Current ongoing training includes private Shamanic guidance with John Myerson owner of Life Arts Center for Healing and Shamanic Study, Janet's practice has been ongoing since 2002 in the greater Boston area.

Jeanne Donnelly


Jeanne holds a masters degree in Counseling Psychology, is a licensed mental health counselor, personal trainer, and 4th degree black belt, with Reiki Master certification. Jeanne has been teaching various forms of exercise for over 30 years, and has trained with many instructors. She currently teaches Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga, and Tai Kwon Do. Jeanne began training in Tai Chi and Qigong in 1997. She has trained in and teaches Liangong Shibafa, Therapeutic 20, Eight Brocade, Meridian Qi Gong, Simplified 24 Taiji, 108 Long Yang Form, and 32 sword form. All of her classes focus on gentle movements, breath, and mind focus to gain maximum energy flow.

Jo Ann Laliberte


Jo Ann is a Registered Teacher with Yoga Alliance and received teacher certification through the Breathe Joy Yoga Studio. She currently teaches mixed level classes at local studios, YMCAs and the beach.  Her teaching style draws from studies with local and national teachers in a variety of yoga disciplines including Yin, Meridian and Vinyasa. She began practicing yoga as a way to enhance mind/body balance while training for athletic events. It didn’t take her long to appreciate what a complete practice yoga is; the perfect combination of the physical, mental and spiritual and how it added balance to her other activities. She delights in sharing this appreciation and strives to teach classes that are accessible to all students - when practiced from the heart - yoga is as simple as “breathe…smile…feel the joy”.

 

Jot Singh


Jot Singh Khalsa is a world class, award-winning artisan. His work has been featured on four book covers, four magazine covers, in two museum exhibitions and in print media published in 7 languages. He is a minister and husband, and offers Kundalini Yoga related workshps regularly throughout the USA, Canada and Europe. Manjit Kaur Khalsa, Ed.D


Manjit Kaur Khalsa, Ed.D is a licensed Psychologist with 20 years experience in which she has helped individuals to achieve gratifying relationships and increased income. Pamela McIntyre


Pamela McIntyre is the creator of Divine Moves, a joyful movement form merging creativity and spirituality. She has training in the Nia Technique. Journey Dance, Kundalini Yoga, Reiki, Acting and Voice. As a former Professor of Theater at Wheaton College. Pamela trained actors, directed productions, advised students and served as Chair for many years. She has acted in many theatre productions and films and recorded a music CD. Her desire for everyone to discover their creative potential has manifested in a workbook and workshop entitled "What Matters to You?" as well as LifePath Astrology private readings. Currently, her own creative soul is expressed through devotional dancing and singing. Pamela has a PhD in Theatre/Communications.

 

Amanbir Kaur (Rachel Chase)


Amanbir Kaur (Rachel Chase) is a visionary artist, dancer, and yogi. Her devotional life started through the art of dance, as it served to be her communion with the Divine from a very young age. Gratefully, this led her on the path to yoga and meditation. She is also an artist in multi-media, working with paint, ink, video, sound, and written word. Rachel McIntosh


Rachel has been teaching yoga since 2001. She has found that teaching yoga and facilitating others to wellness is her passion. As well as her life's work. "I have seen how yoga has the power to transform lives, both heart and soul. My style of teaching is fun and encouraging. It is my mission to allow students a sacred space to discover the power and light within themselves."

Roz Malcom


Roz has over 25 years of teaching experience. She has taught locally in the Metro-West area and on Cape Cod. Roz studied with the Iyengar family in Pune India and she recently attended the Yoga Convention on Therapeutics taught by Geeta Iyengar. Roz's principle teacher is Patricia Walden who she assists in Cambridge in Patricia's aspiring teachers class, and various workshops. Roz's insightful teaching draws on her years of practice, her study of the Yoga Sutras and her love of the outdoors.

 

Siri Sevak Kaur Khalsa


Siri Sevak Kaur Khalsa is a compassionate and gifted teacher of Kundalini Yoga. She has an intuitive eye for helping students with posture and breath. Her own immersion in mantra, music and Sikh Dharma bring additional joy and beauty into the yoga classroom. She enjoys playing live music in yoga classes and is known for playing classical Indian instruments during meditations. Siri Sevak has spent her whole adult life studying with Yogi Bhajan, living in 3HO ashram communities and teaching Kundalini Yoga. Much of this was in Brooklyn, New York, where she was Director of Kundalini Yoga in Park Slope. She now is teacher and teacher trainer at Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center in Millis, Massachusetts.

 

Sandy Faist


Sandy Faist is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, a member of IKYTA, the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association and a certified Breathwalk instructor. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in education and has worked with children and families as an early childhood education for over 15 years. Sandy currently teaches yoga at the Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center in Millis, MA and offers yoga classes for senior citizens in the local area.



Dr. Sham Rang Singh


Dr. Sham Rang Singh Khalsa is a physician who has also practiced yoga and meditation
as a student of Yogi Bhajan for over 30 years. He has certifications in Ayurveda and Japanese acupuncture. He also is a minister of the Sikh religion and practices marriage with his delightful wife, Arjan.


Siri Tapa Kaur Khalsa


Siri Tapa Kaur Khalsa is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Reiki master, and Level I Sat Nam RasayanÆ practitioner. She is co-author of Radiance and Victory - A Woman's Way to Prosperity, and has been teaching yoga for 15 years. Married for 34 years, mother of two, nanny of many, and now a grandmother, Siri Tapa is known for her openhearted, compassionate, nurturing energy. In her teaching and exchanges with others, she supports healing, happiness and loving relationships. She is a student of Yogi Bhajan and has been living the 3HO (Happy, Healthy, Holy) lifestyle for 35 years.
