Whether you take this course to deepen your own practice or want to teach yoga to a variety of populations including: seniors, adults or teens, then this is the course for you. We offer a Flow-Based Teacher Training for students who have a consistent Hatha or Vinyasa practice. This unique 200-hour program combines elements of Hatha yoga with an intense focus on the sequencing, cueing and skills necessary to teach a safe and effective flowing practice. With a strong focus on anatomy, kinesiology, structural alignment, and postural assists this training will provide you with a stable platform to begin your yoga journey. Safe and effective practice and teaching requires an understanding and application of creative sequencing, powerful language and a strong foundation in injury prevention.

Location:
Classes are held in our spacious studio on the grounds of Guru Ram Das Ashram in Millis, Massachusetts. The Ashram is located on 18 beautiful acres. We offer overnight accomodations in apartments equipped with full kitchens and baths. Please feel free to contact us.
