40 Day Mul Mantra Meditation
Join HarSangat Kaur for one hour a day and create a strong foundation to allow your best self to bloom in 2022!
During these 40 days, we will tune in, chant for 31 minutes, have time for reflection and close with 5 minutes of chanting. Consistent participation is recommended to support transformation and you are welcome to come in and out as you’re able or come for all 40 days. At the end of 40 days, we will stay in touch for group discussion and sharing.
Reciting a mantra from the Guru Granth Sahib (Sacred Sikh Text) for 40 days is a sacred practice to align with the vibration of truth in the words of the Shabad and is called Shabad Guru.

Live From the Eye of the Storm!
There is anxiety everywhere. The use of anxiety meds is unprecedented. More and more people are realizing that our world is destabilized to the point there is no going back. The future is not at all clear and the pace of change is only quickening. We seem to be headed for some fundamental restructuring and nothing outside provides stability.
“It’s nuts out there” and likely to get more nuts, and yet this is the precise time to be clear about the world we wish to have and to move into the Eye of the Storm, where peace and solitude reign, so we can be stable, calm, and effective.
Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young said it plainly: “You, who are on the road, will need a code that you can live by – and so, become Yourself.”
If we are going to create the vision of the world we really prefer where we can expand our sensitivity and caring, not contract them, and be steady enough to receive more help and ideas, we cannot settle for defining ourselves by the chaos outside.
There are multiple critical skills that are needed to remain clear and calm in the Heart of the Storm. You’ll not only learn them, you’ll practice them, so you can begin to think very differently.
These are five classes, each on Tuesday night. Recordings will be available for participants only, should you need to miss any of the five sessions. The yoga releases will be deep, the discussions lively, the questions provocative.
If you want to live from your heart of hearts, make choices that are true to your core, and not allow the idea of fear-based opinion to supersede your deep-seated knowledge of who you actually prefer to be and what kind of a world you prefer to live in – a place of calm and solitude, assurance, and knowingness, these are classes for you.

Each week you will learn the purpose of your principle emotions, experience the ability to utilize and release them, and get some professional coaching on any situations in your life you’d like to improve and resolve. Skillfully working with emotions is essential to balance, happiness, and peace and gives you the power to heal trauma-originated dysfunctional patterns.
These techniques can forever change your relationship to difficult feelings.
