Sangat Dhyan Kaur is a musician, and former Ashram resident, who has been living in Amritsar, India for the last 2.5 years. During her time at the Ashram, she fell in love with the devotional kirtan from the Sikh tradition, and decided to move her entire life to India to study this music, full time. Since she has been in India, she has spent her days deeply immersed in self-guided meditation, and learning Raag and Gurbani Kirtan with various teachers.
Living directly next to Harimander Sahib, The Golden Temple, has been a powerfully, transformative experience. She has spent countless hours in meditation, and has felt her whole being come to life, sitting within the space of Harimander Sahib, and being in the profound, devotional love of the Divine. It is her hope to be able to share this beautiful energy with all of you, through her music and her connection with Harimander Sahib, The Golden Temple.
Sangat Dhyan Kaur is also a KRI Level 1 certified Kundalini Yoga teacher.

About This Meditation And Sound Healing Experience
We are all here to ultimately experience the Truth of who we are, our Divine Truth. This can feel hard, or even impossible, in today™s world in which we are convinced that we need to connect with everything, but ourselves. When we connect deeply within ourselves, we begin to experience the love and the connection that we have, all, always longed for, something that no one, or no thing, can give to us. When we choose to go deeply within, we give those around us the permission to do the same, and this is beautiful.
Over the last two and a half years, I have lived directly next to The Golden Temple in India, and have spent countless hours going deep into meditation to access, and feel, the depths of who I am. To meet myself as I have been shaped, and to welcome myself into my Truth. I would not have been able to go so deeply without the incredible support of the Divine energy, and the healing sound current, here at Harimander Sahib, Golden Temple. By living devotionally, I have opened up to this energy, and I have experienced that it flows through me when I sing. It has a beautiful healing quality, and I feel healed when it flows through me. When you listen, and if you open up to this sound current, you may feel its healing quality too.
This is what I would like to share with you. An experience in which you are given the opportunity to tune-in to the uplifting, healing sound current and energy of The Golden Temple, as you go deeply within. I am so grateful for this experience, and that I can share it with you. We will begin with gentle warm-ups to connect with our bodies, and then we will move into meditation, allowing the sound current of live Gurbani Kirtan to support and guide you as you go within. You may use this time to actively engage in your meditation, or you may lie down and experience the healing effects of the sound current. I look forward to being with you all in this sacred space. Sangat Dhyan Kaur from Amritsar
As we will be in sacred space with Gurbani, the sacred poetry of the Sikh Gurus, I humbly request that we all cover our heads during this time together.
