Live Light Come What May
By Hari Kirin Kaur Khalsa, MD
As we recover from this contentious election and its aftermath, we need to shift the focus from outside to within. When outside forces disturb and dismay us, we must remember to turn within: tap into that light, that strength, come what may. Nobody can put down that energy. Nobody can bully it. Nobody can legislate against it.
These troubled times are part of the pushback against the coming age of clear communication and one Spirit. We will still achieve the Aquarian Age. We will ride the present time with grace, determination, light and yes even laughter. We will be stronger, more centered, and brighter lights for it. There is no force outside of us that can weigh down the light of our own souls.
Throughout tumultuous times, heroes, saints and yogis have always stepped up and shone a light. So shall we, turn to one another, be in sacred community – whichever faith or humanism organization with which we resonate. Join. Know your neighbor. Stay involved. This is an opportunity to build the local communities and economies needed in the current times.
We are stronger and brighter than ever and will continue to create safe havens for all. We remain honor of the honorless, home of the homeless, strength of the weak and hope for the hopeless. We are we. We are one.
