Date: Saturday, August 13, 2022
Time: 10 – 1pm
Hari Dass (Biliana Angelova) is a therapist and yoga teacher. She takes yoga and meditation practice out of their mystery and grounds them into a stress-relief formula for the everyday. She is experienced in mindfulness research and has contributed to the work of the Benson-Henry Mind Body Institute at Massachusetts General Hospital and at the Center for Anxiety Studies at Boston University. Currently, she teaches individual and community Kundalini yoga classes in Cambridge and at Yoga at the Ashram. She also doodles, dances and loves to serve the creative in herself and everyone else.
“Integrating[a] the space between the head and the heart is either long and hard or short and easy. We get to make the choice of how to travel every day”
