  • Follow I-90 W to I-95 S
  • Take exit 16B from I-95 S  MA-109 W/High St towards Westwood
  • Continue on 109 for 9.3 miles
  • Turn left onto Village St for 1.4 miles
  • Slight right to stay on Village St for 1.2 miles
  • Yoga at the ashram will be on your left

  • 95 N to exit 6B I-495 N toward Worcester 2.8 miles
  • Take exit 14A to merge onto U.S. 1 N toward Wrentham
  • Merge onto U.S. 1 N 420 ft
  • Turn left onto Madison St 1.8 mi
  • Turn left onto MA-140 N 1.7 mi
  • Turn right onto Park St 2.6 mi
  • Turn right onto Main St 492 ft
  • Take the 1st left onto Myrtle St 1.6 mi
  • Slight left to stay on Myrtle St 0.3 mi
  • Slight left onto Himelfarb St 0.6 mi
  • Take the 2nd left onto Village St 0.1 mi
  • Yoga at the ashram will be on your left

By Train and Bus

MBTA Commuter Rail from Boston to Norfolk Schedule

Take the Franklin Line from South Station or Back Bay and get off at the Norfolk stop

Norfolk is in Zone 5 and the ticket costs $9.25-one way

From Norfolk, The Ashram is 12 minutes away in Millis. Take Norfolk Town Taxi or app ride share to the ashram

Booking and ticket information at Amtrak

Book a train from:
New York, NY– Penn Station (NYP) to
Boston, MA– Route 128 / Westwood (RTE)

Once at Westwood Station, take a taxi from the taxi stand outside. If none are available contact On Time Taxi.

Westwood Station– 50 University Ave., Westwood, MA

You can book your bus on Wanderu or book directly from Greyhound Bus.

Buses from NYC to Boston:

Buses leave from New York, Port Authority and go to Boston, South Station.

Once at Boston, South Station, take the Commuter Rail- Franklin Line- to Norfolk Station. MBTA Commuter Rail Schedule.

From Norfolk, The Ashram is 12 minutes away in Millis. Take Norfolk Town Taxi or The Right Ride for, around, $20 (subject to change).


Buses from NYC to Framingham:

Buses leave from New York, Port Authority and go to Framingham, MA.

Once in Framingham, take Tommy’s Taxi to the Ashram in Millis. A taxi is about $45.

If you are traveling from an area that is not convenient to Boston or New York City, you can take a bus to Framingham.

You can book your travel to Framingham with Greyhound Bus Station or with Wanderu. You can often find deals on Wanderu.

Framingham is about a 30 min ride to the ashram via taxi or app ride share service

Rideshare and Shuttle

Once in Framingham you can take a taxi to the Ashram in Millis. A taxi is about $45.

Arrival by Air:

Both TF Green Airport in Providence and Boston Logan are approximately one hour away.

LOGAN EXPRESS linked above is a convenient option from Logan Airport to Framingham, about 30 min app share or taxi ride from the ashram.

( If you are planning to arrive during rush hour traffic, Providence is easier)

Ground Transportation may be obtained by Taxi or the shuttles linked above, or public transportation, or explore the Rideshare Open Group on Facebook also linked above!

Guest Space is available on a first come basis may be explored here

Meals: If you are attending a workshop or advanced training, refer to the information specific to that event for details of what meals are included, typically lunch only.  Each guest apartment has a full fridge, oven/ stove and kitchenware, so feel free to bring food for breakfast and dinner.  If you are traveling here without a car onsite and need a ride to a local grocer, this can typically be arranged organically with new friends in your apartment, in the training, or at the ashram.

What to Bring: there are mats, blankets and sitting pillows here.  Bring a meditation shawl if you like, everything you personally need for your stay, a journal is typically a good idea, and food as needed as noted above
