       Yoga Nidra is yogic sleep — a profound state of conscious awareness and deep relaxation. In this state our bodies, minds, and spirits can rejuvenate, repair, and realign.
       We will explore what all this means as we rebuild and restore ourselves using these ancient yogic techniques. This workshop is open to all. No prior experience is necessary.
