Sat Nam Rasayan® for Calm Awareness and Joy

Sat Nam Rasayan® is an ancient healing technique from the tradition of Kundalini Yoga according to Yogi Bhajan and has been taught by Master Guru Dev Singh since 1989. It is a traditional healing art that uses purely awareness for healing. Sat Nam Rasayan® works on a subtle level to release tendencies and limitations. Any issue — emotional; mental; physical; spiritual; including family situations and workplace dynamics — can be addressed with Sat Nam Rasayan®.

Learning Sat Nam Rasayan®  is a profound experience that opens the human being to an infinite series of possibilities  In silence and in a specific transcendent state of consciousness, one experiences the great strength that lies in this silence and in doing nothing. Sat Nam Rasayan is a direct path to awareness and intuitive living. “Sat Nam” means soul, “Rasayan” means flowing.   This free flow brings with it a healing revitalization. It gives joy, serenity, and courage to live.

Sat Nam Rasayan is free from dogma, religion, and belief. All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary.  

What to expect:

-We will work in pairs under the direction of Sat Siri , we will practice healing and be healed.

-We will work with everyday feelings, ones we experience directly through our skin, our bodies, our senses of different moods.

-We will practice giving and receiving healing and will experience the profound relaxation of Sat Nam Rasayan®.  This workshop will provide an experience applicable to your daily life: home, work and relationships.  In learning to be, rather to react, we grow exponentially.

– The healing practice is interspersed with meditations from Kundalini Yoga to strengthen self sensory awareness and to assist in focusing the class for an optimum outcome for all.
