9 Aspects of the Mind: A Full Day of Silence and Meditation

You are invited to join with those  immersed in the 6 day KRI Level Two Training: Mind & Meditation for a special, open opportunity for all committed meditators.

The day with start with a mapping of the 9 Aspects of Mind, and how they affect our success and happiness.  We then begin our “speaking fast” for the day.  After a Strong Kundalini Yoga practice to withstand the pressures of the time and a deep relaxation, we will begin a series of nine 31- minute meditations.  Each meditation is to explore and “tune up” one of the 9 aspects of the mind.  Bring a journal to note your experience in each meditation.  We will have breaks after the 3rd and 6th meditations and a closing ceremony at day’s end.  You will receive a take-home worksheet to consolidate your process, and are invited to maintain your silence practice through the evening until morning.
