Are you ready?
I invite you to experience breathing meditations that focus on connecting yourself to your intuition. It is my hope that as you practice these meditations, that you will continue to use them to strengthen your inner voice. When you are hearing your intuition, it is a fast track to clarity and better decision making. In this world of instant knowledge, it is very easy to be overwhelmed with brain fatigue or information fatigue. Having access to your intuition gives you the opportunity to cut through all the clutter and make decisions on all the inputs coming to you, both known and unknown.This is how the day will unfold: there will be yoga, meditation, and short information sharing about speaking with, and listening with, your intuition.

Baldev Singh Khalsa has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for over 45 years and is a certified Kundalini Level 1 Teacher. During the past 6 years he has participated in over 10 Level 1 KY Teacher Training programs as an assistant and a trainer. Currently he is an associate trainer through the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI). and has over 500 hours of training. He brings his big heart and compassionate strength to each class.
